Like any custom product, my cakes are one-of-a-kind, personally designed, and hand crafted.  They're not mass-produced or baked ahead of time and frozen until needed.  Each design is carefully considered, planned, and executed to perfection.  I'll stop at nothing to ensure each of my clients are presented with a stunning masterpiece on their wedding day!

My pricing reflects the value of elegant craftsmanship, sugar artistry, thousands of hours of experience, and a highly personal level of service.  The result is not only a cake that tastes delicious, but a piece of art that will act as a focal point, a conversation piece, and a memorable aspect of your event.  You won't be disappointed!

Please see my 2018 pricing guidelines below for reference.  However, since each design is customized to suit a particular couple and their wedding style, please note that final pricing is determined after your tasting and design consultation.


Tiered cakes

Tiered cakes start at $8 per slice.  Average pricing is between $9-12 per serving and varies according to size and style.

Small Cakes  & dessert tables

Centerpiece cakes of 1-2 tiers with additional servings for your guests (whether cupcakes, cake shooters, or kitchen cakes) average between $5-7 per slice.

If you love my design style and you're interested in working together, the best way to confirm that we're a good fit for each other is to schedule your tasting experience.  You'll sample several of my favorite flavors before deciding on a general size/shape for your centerpiece cake.  Then we'll chat more about your wedding and what you're looking for in a design.  We'll start the design process right away and draft preliminary sketches before you leave.  Fill out my inquiry form to get started!

How far in advance do I need to order?


Custom design work takes time and planning, so I appreciate at least 8 weeks' notice for all orders.  However, most couples book with me 4-10 months in advance.  I accept a limited number of orders per weekend so that I can give each of my couples my best and most creative work, so I recommend starting the process as soon as you have a good sense of your decor and overall feel of the event.

If you're not there yet but you know you want Enticing Icing to be part of your event, you can secure your date with a non-refundable deposit and we'll pick up the design process as your event approaches.

Unfortunately, I can't accept any wedding cake orders within 1 month of the event date.  Trying to squeeze in new orders at the last minute disrupts my schedule and steals time that I've already committed to spending on other events.  If you have a last minute need, I'm happy to recommend a few trusted local designers who may be able to accommodate your request!

Do you offer gluten-free, dairy-free, or vegan?


Most of my flavors can be prepared for gluten-sensitive diets; however, I don't recommend my services for those with serious gluten-allergies.  I don't currently offer dairy-free or vegan cakes.
