Our cakes are always made fresh (never frozen!) and from scratch using high-quality ingredients.  Many of our flavors can be prepared without wheat flour for gluten-sensitive diets.  Additional flavors available upon request.


Classic Flavors

Vanilla Almond - Vanilla cake with almond buttercream.

Chocolate - Rich chocolate flavor in a light, fluffy cake.  Your choice of vanilla or chocolate buttercream.

Carrot Cake - A moist cake loaded with grated carrots, cinnamon, and walnuts, and topped with a silky cream cheese buttercream.  (Classic cream cheese frosting available upon request.)

Red Velvet - Light chocolate cake paired with a silky cream cheese buttercream frosting.  (Classic cream cheese frosting available upon request.)


Gourmet Flavors

Chocolate Guinness Stout - Chocolate Guinness cake underneath a thin layer of chocolate ganache and frosted with Bailey's Irish Cream buttercream.

Coconut - Buttermilk cake loaded with coconut flakes and layered with coconut buttercream.

Cookies 'n Cream - Vanilla cake and buttercream speckled with crushed chocolate cream-filled cookies.

Espresso - Chocolate cake with a light chocolate espresso buttercream.

Lemon Raspberry - Lemon cake made with freshly squeezed juice and zest, paired with a seedless raspberry buttercream.

Salted Caramel - Vanilla cake filled with a gooey salted caramel sauce and matching buttercream.

Strawberry Lemonade - Vanilla cake with a tart lemon filling and fresh strawberry buttercream.

Vanilla Mousse - Vanilla cake filled with rich, milk chocolate mousse and vanilla buttercream.
