Cake Flavors

My cakes are always baked fresh (never frozen!) and from scratch using the highest quality ingredients.  All cakes feature my signature Swiss Meringue Buttercream, a light and silky frosting that has proven to surprise and delight even the harshest cake critics!

Many flavors can be prepared without wheat flour for gluten-sensitive diets.  Additional flavors available upon request.

When we originally met with Heather, I warned her that I was not a dessert person and cake was definitely not one of my top priorities for our wedding. But when my husband and I took our first bite of cake at our wedding, it was even better than we remembered from the tasting. It was SO good that we took boxes of cake home with us to Chicago and had it for dessert (and maybe breakfast). Our guests cannot stop raving about how delicious it was.
